Process seller orders accurately from new order to shipment.

Step-by-step

  1. Open Orders from the seller dashboard.
  2. Review products, variations, quantity, buyer destination, courier, and order notes.
  3. Prepare items according to product data and selected shipping flow.
  4. Update order status only according to the available seller actions.
  5. Use support flow if buyer complaint or operational issue appears.
