By using Indovia, buyers and sellers agree to use the marketplace flow for product discovery, communication, checkout, shipping, complaint handling, and support.

Sellers must not bypass Indovia, redirect buyers to private payment, or share direct contact channels for off-platform transactions.

Indovia may update policies, review seller access, hold payouts during complaints, and restrict accounts that create safety, payment, shipping, or trust risks.
