Trust Center
A practical guide to how Indovia protects marketplace records, sets buyer and seller responsibilities, manages international shipping, and reviews problems when a transaction needs attention.
Curated seller access
Seller onboarding is invitation-only and store access remains subject to Indovia review.
Protected transaction record
Product details, checkout, payment evidence, shipping selection, tracking, and complaints should remain inside Indovia.
Confirmed sales only
Marketplace sales indicators are tied to confirmed paid orders and are reconciled when orders fail, are cancelled, or are refunded.
Evidence-led resolution
Indovia reviews order records, listing snapshots, messages, tracking, and submitted evidence before deciding an available remedy.
1. How trust works on Indovia
Trust is created by consistent records, clear responsibilities, and reviewable evidence rather than by a badge or an unlimited guarantee.
Indovia is a curated Indonesian export marketplace. Buyers use the marketplace to discover products, compare seller information, review product specifications, estimate international shipping, complete checkout, follow fulfillment, and request support. Sellers use it to maintain stores, publish accurate listings, accept paid orders, prepare shipments, provide tracking, communicate with buyers, and manage order-related finance.
The platform is designed so important activity leaves a record. A product page records the offer presented to a buyer. Checkout records the products, variations, quantities, destination information, shipping selection, payment method, and amount. Order pages preserve status changes and tracking details. Indovia communication and complaint tools preserve information that may later be needed to understand what happened.
No marketplace can remove every risk from international commerce. Product availability can change, carrier networks can experience delays, customs authorities can inspect shipments, payment providers can hold or reverse transactions, and users can submit incomplete information. Indovia reduces those risks by defining what each participant must do, restricting unsafe conduct, and reviewing available evidence when a transaction does not proceed normally.
- Use one Indovia account for checkout, order history, tracking, support, and complaint records.
- Keep product questions, order communication, payment, and dispute discussion inside Indovia.
- Review the detailed policy that applies before relying on a summary or promotional statement.
- Contact Indovia promptly when account security, payment, shipping, or product evidence may be lost with time.
2. Protection begins before purchase
A safe purchase starts with informed selection, not only with a complaint after delivery.
Buyers should read the full product description, select the correct variation, review included and excluded items, check stock information, inspect product and variation images, compare dimensions and weight, and review the seller profile before ordering. Color, texture, pattern, size, and handmade characteristics may vary where the listing explains that variation. Questions that can materially affect a purchase should be asked before payment.
Sellers must describe products accurately and in enough detail for an international buyer to make a reasonable decision. A title should not exaggerate origin, material, certification, performance, quantity, or compatibility. Images should represent the actual product or clearly identified variations. Product dimensions, shipment weight, country of origin, production time, stock, and restrictions must be kept current wherever those fields apply.
Indovia may review, edit, hide, reject, or remove listings that are incomplete, misleading, unsafe, prohibited, legally restricted, inconsistent with store identity, or likely to cause buyer confusion. Review does not transfer the seller responsibility for the listing and does not constitute a product warranty or government approval.
A buyer selects the wrong size or variation even though the listing and selector were clear.
Buyer Protection may not apply unless the seller agrees to a return or mandatory law requires another outcome.
The product received materially differs from the listing, selected variation, or stated quantity.
Indovia may review the listing snapshot, order item, photos, packaging, and seller response for a remedy.
3. Checkout and confirmed payment
An order becomes a protected marketplace transaction only when payment is completed through an authorized Indovia checkout method and recorded successfully.
Buyers must pay only through the payment options displayed during official Indovia checkout. The current checkout uses PayPal and may allow eligible cards through the PayPal experience where PayPal makes that option available. Availability can depend on buyer location, account status, device, risk review, and payment-provider rules. Manual transfers, cash arrangements, private invoices, external wallets, or links sent by a seller are not authorized Indovia payment methods.
An unpaid, failed, abandoned, export, cancelled, or fully refunded order is not treated as a completed marketplace sale. Public sales indicators and seller-level sales totals are intended to reflect confirmed paid order evidence and can be corrected when the underlying order changes. A displayed count is informational and is not a guarantee of future seller performance.
Payment approval does not mean an order is automatically delivered or that every later claim will be approved. It establishes a transaction record that Indovia can use with the product listing, shipping selection, messages, tracking, and complaint evidence. Payment providers may apply their own authentication, hold, reversal, chargeback, currency, or eligibility rules in addition to Indovia policies.
4. International shipping and delivery
Available shipping depends on real destination and parcel data, not on a universal courier promise.
Indovia currently authorizes POS EMS, POS EKSPOR, and DHL for applicable international shipments. A service appears only when the connected rate source can return an eligible option for the product, seller origin, destination country, postal code, parcel weight, dimensions, and other required data. DHL depends particularly on a complete supported destination and valid postal code. If the address is incomplete or unsupported, DHL may not appear.
Product-page shipping estimates help buyers plan, but final services and amounts are confirmed during checkout. Rates or availability can change when quantity, variation, package dimensions, seller origin, delivery address, postal code, provider data, or exchange conditions change. The presence of a service for one product or destination does not guarantee the same service for another.
Sellers must use the courier recorded for the order unless an authorized workflow permits a change and recalculates the affected shipping information. Tracking numbers must correspond to the selected or approved replacement courier. Buyers should monitor the order page and carrier updates. Customs inspection, import controls, taxes, duties, restricted-product rules, remote-area handling, address errors, weather, security events, and carrier operations can affect delivery.
- POS EMS, POS EKSPOR, and DHL are the supported courier families; other services should not be assumed.
- DHL requires a successful quote based on valid destination data before it can be selected.
- Estimated transit information is guidance, not a guaranteed delivery date.
- Buyers remain responsible for accurate delivery details and lawful import into the destination country.
5. Receipt, complaints, and resolution
Buyers should inspect delivery before confirming completion, and sellers should preserve fulfillment evidence until the order is fully cleared.
When a parcel arrives, the buyer should inspect the outer package, shipping label, quantity, selected variation, visible condition, and included components. The buyer should confirm receipt only after the order is acceptable. If a serious issue exists, the buyer should use the order complaint or support path instead of confirming completion and relying only on informal chat.
A complaint should identify the order, product, issue, requested outcome, date discovered, and supporting evidence. Useful evidence can include photographs or video of packaging and product condition, tracking history, quantity received, labels, measurements, and relevant Indovia messages. Sellers may submit packing records, pre-dispatch images, carrier receipts, product specifications, tracking, and explanations.
Opening a complaint can place a hold on seller funds connected with the order while the case remains active. A hold protects the review process; it is not a finding that either party is correct. Depending on facts, available outcomes can include explanation, additional evidence, correction, replacement discussion, return instructions, partial or full refund review, cancellation, account action, or case closure without monetary remedy.
6. Seller accountability
Seller access is a continuing marketplace privilege, not a permanent entitlement created by invitation or past sales.
Indovia invites sellers based on marketplace fit, business readiness, product suitability, export capability, data quality, and operational risk. Indovia may request identity, business, bank, origin, compliance, or product documentation. Acceptance does not guarantee every listing will be published, every country will be supported, or continued access will remain available after policy or risk changes.
Sellers must keep store identity, product information, inventory, variation data, logistics details, order handling, tracking, and finance information accurate. They must not create false reviews, manipulate sales indicators, duplicate stores to avoid enforcement, redirect buyers to private payment, expose direct contact details, misuse buyer information, or obstruct an investigation.
Indovia may educate, warn, request correction, remove content, limit features, hold funds, cancel transactions, restrict listings, suspend a store, or terminate access when proportionate to the risk and available evidence. Serious safety, fraud, counterfeit, illegal-product, privacy, or payment-bypass concerns may justify immediate action without a prior warning.
7. Privacy, communication, and account security
Marketplace records must be useful for commerce without exposing private buyer or seller information unnecessarily.
Indovia processes account, identity, store, product, order, payment, shipping, tracking, device, security, communication, support, and compliance information to operate the marketplace. Public pages should not reveal private addresses, phone numbers, WhatsApp details, personal email addresses, identity documents, or bank information. Some information must still be shared with payment, logistics, technical, compliance, or professional-service providers to complete transactions and protect the platform.
Users must protect passwords, email access, payment credentials, and devices. Any suspected compromise, unauthorized order, account change, phishing message, or misuse of personal information should be reported promptly. Indovia may temporarily restrict access or require additional verification when activity appears unusual.
Indovia communication may be moderated or reviewed for support, fraud prevention, policy enforcement, dispute resolution, quality assurance, and legal compliance. Users must not use messages, listings, reviews, or profiles to collect contacts, send spam, harass others, transmit malware, solicit off-platform payment, or disclose another person's confidential information.
8. What Indovia protection does not mean
Trust controls reduce risk, but they do not make Indovia the manufacturer, carrier, customs authority, payment institution, insurer, or legal adviser for every transaction.
Indovia generally provides marketplace technology, curation, records, payment integration, shipping integration, communication tools, and support processes. Sellers remain responsible for products, listings, legal compliance, packaging, export readiness, and fulfillment. Buyers remain responsible for selection, accurate destination information, lawful import, account security, and timely cooperation during review.
Protection may be unavailable or reduced when payment occurred outside Indovia, evidence was altered or withheld, the buyer confirmed completion despite a known issue, the complaint concerns disclosed characteristics or ordinary wear, the claim results from buyer misuse or incorrect address data, the item is prohibited from return, or applicable records do not support the requested outcome. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
Indovia does not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent seller availability, exact color display, customs clearance, carrier performance, product suitability for an unstated purpose, or recovery of every loss. Detailed limits appear in the Terms of Service and the policy for the relevant subject.
9. Reporting, review, and appeals
Clear reports receive better review than duplicate, emotional, or off-platform complaints without order evidence.
Use the order page for delivery or product issues, the account support area for account issues, and support@indovia.net when the normal path is unavailable or a security or privacy concern requires separate handling. Include the relevant account email and order number, but do not email passwords, full payment credentials, identity documents, or unnecessary sensitive data.
Indovia may combine duplicate cases, request additional information, set a response period appropriate to the issue, contact the other party, review technical and transaction logs, or preserve records. Failure to cooperate can limit what Indovia can verify. A decision may be revisited when material new evidence is supplied, but repeated submissions without new information may be closed.
Nothing in Indovia internal review removes rights to contact a payment provider, consumer-protection body, personal-data authority, law-enforcement body, regulator, mediator, or court where applicable. Users should avoid pursuing inconsistent remedies for the same amount without disclosing relevant refunds, reversals, or chargebacks.
