Follow order status and shipment tracking from your buyer account.

Step-by-step

  1. Open My Account and go to Orders.
  2. Select the order you want to inspect.
  3. Review status, courier, tracking, and seller updates.
  4. Contact support if tracking does not update after expected handling time.
