FAQ
1. Where are Rajokabu products made?
All of our products are designed and meticulously handcrafted in our own workshop located in Payakumbuh, West Sumatra, Indonesia. We do not outsource our production, allowing us to maintain strict quality control over every single piece.
2. Are your products completely handmade?
We utilize a thoughtful hybrid approach to craftsmanship. The core construction of our premium items—such as the main bodies of our Kamba Wallet, Midi Wallet, and Gadih Bag—relies on 100% traditional hand-sewn saddle stitching and manual edge finishing (burnishing or painting) for unparalleled durability. We only employ precision machine stitching strategically, such as on long adjustable straps, to ensure uniform tension and structural reliability.
3. Will the leather item I receive look exactly like the photos?
Because we use premium, authentic natural leather, no two pieces are exactly alike. You can expect slight variations in color, grain, and texture, as well as natural markings like subtle scars or creases. These are not defects; they are the beautiful, inherent characteristics of genuine leather that make your item uniquely yours.
4. Do you offer personalization on your products?
Yes, we offer a personalization service to make your leather goods truly yours. While all our items are ready-stock, we provide an alphabetic debossing service, allowing you to elegantly stamp your name or initials directly onto the leather. If you wish to add this personal touch, please leave a note during checkout or send us a message directly through the Indovia platform immediately after placing your order to specify your desired initials.
5. How should I care for my Rajokabu leather goods?
To ensure your leather ages beautifully:
Keep it away from prolonged direct sunlight and extreme heat, which can dry out the leather.
If your item gets wet, do not use a hairdryer. Gently blot the moisture with a soft, dry cloth and let it air dry naturally in a well-ventilated area.
We recommend applying a high-quality, natural leather conditioner every 3 to 6 months to keep the leather supple and nourished.
